About me

As a physiotherapist, I help people improve their health through a combination of manual therapy, biomechanics and rehabilitation. Since qualifying as a chartered physiotherapist in 2001, I've worked across private practices, London hospitals, and the professional tennis circuit.

I completed my MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at UCL in 2007, deepening my understanding of rehabilitation and correcting movement patterns. I'm also qualified in acupuncture and as a Pilates instructor through Dance Medicine Australia, often incorporating these complementary approaches into client care.

I currently practice physiotherapy in three distinct ways:

- Weekly clinics in Aldeburgh and Woodbridge, Suffolk for general musculoskeletal conditions, serving both male and female patients.

- Providing home visits exclusively for female patients in London and East Suffolk

- Online personal fitness trainer focused on supporting women through midlife and beyond. Having been through a surgical menopause at 41 after an ovarian cancer scare, I bring both professional and personal experience to the recovery journey, helping clients establish healthy lifestyle routines and safely return to fitness.
